Chocolate Banana Pops
A quickie dessert
- 2 pieces Bananas (Ripe)
- 1 cup Melted Chocolate (Approx 500 gm)
- 50g Colorful Candied Fennel (or, Crushed Walnut, Cashew Nut, Almond)
- 4 pieces Ice Cream Sticks (or, Satay Sticks/Tooth Pick)
You can slice banana horizontally into several thick pieces also and design half chocolate half naked look also.
||Melt the chocolate as per "Chocolate melting tutorial". Time it takes is 10-15 min. |
||Slice bananas horizontally into two halves. |
||Insert Satay Sticks/Ice-cream Sticks/Tooth Picks at bottom of each banana. |
||Dip the banana into melted chocolate carefully as banana is very soft so it might crack in the process. |
||Smoothen the texture of chocolate applied using spoon or just rolling over chocolate. |
||Coat the chocolate dipped banana into candied fennel or crushed walnut/ almond etc as per your taste. |
||Keep them in the refrigerator to set for 3-4 minutes and serve. |
