  • 6 cups boiled milk
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 20 Medium almonds (sliced)
  • 15 Medium Pistachios (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
  • 10 Small Saffron kesar
  • 2 tablespoons Cardamom (powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Fragrant screw pine (liquid/ark)
  • 100g faluda (chilled)


Step 1 Boil 5 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl at sim gas.
Step 2 Mix custard power in 1/2 cup milk in a boil and add in the boiled milk.
Step 3 Add sugar. Stir well on the gas until the mixture will be half.
Step 4 Put off the bowl from the gas. Add Cardamom powder,almonds, Pistachios, Fragrant screw pine and cream. And mix well.
Step 5 Leave the mixture to be cold.
Step 6 Put the bowl in fridge for half an hour.
Step 7 keep 1/2 cup of mixture separate for serving.
Step 8 Fill the mixture in kulfi cone and put in the fridger for 3-4 hours.
Step 9 Extract the kulfi from the cone and serve at plate. Put two spoons of mixture(which we have kept separate) on the kulfi.
Step 10 Decorate with some almonds and Pistachios. Serve it with faluda.
